Brookwood AV LLC provides professional audio/visual installation, home automation, network infrastructure, and display calibration services. All professional service engagements are governed by a separate written Service Agreement executed between Brookwood AV LLC and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

Services include but are not limited to: AV system design and installation, ISF-certified display calibration, Dirac Live room correction, Home Assistant consulting and implementation, and network infrastructure solutions.

Brookwood AV LLC warrants its workmanship for a period of 90 days from project completion under normal use conditions. This warranty covers labor defects directly attributable to our installation. Equipment and product warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers; we will assist in facilitating warranty claims where applicable. This workmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, acts of nature, power surges, or third-party interference.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mobile County, Alabama, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.

Upon termination of a service engagement, your obligation to pay for services rendered remains.
